We are a small, local, friendly group that suits anyone wanting to get back into yoga, any beginners, existing practitioners, and any who want learn how to start their own self practice.
Rachel is John Scott Yoga trained, registered with the Yoga Alliance UK, and has been personally doing yoga for over 35 years.
